- CEBR holds its Board elections within the frame of the General Annual Meeting 2024, taking place in Paris on the 14th and 15th of May.
- Forty representatives from member organizations are gathering in Paris to attend this crucial event for cluster managers.
The Council of European BioRegions held its 2024 Annual Meeting on May 14th and 15th with an exclusive members-only event in Paris. The event was co-organized and hosted by two CEBR members, Genopole and Medicen Paris Region.
Karen Lindegaard, International Program Manager at Danish Life Science Cluster, and Pablo Zardoya-Laguardia, Business Developer at Human.technology Styria have been appointed new members of the Board.
Montse Daban, President of the Board at CEBR said: “Their wealth of experience is poised to enrich the organization’s strategy and initiatives. Together, their appointments will bolster the network’s dedication to cultivating dynamic leadership and pursuing forward-thinking strategies. Their combined expertise is anticipated to contribute to the 2024-2025 strategy unveiled by the new Board today: consolidating CEBR’s achievements, enhancing members connectivity and operational effectiveness, while also improving communication and value projection.”
The members of the new Board for 2024 – 2025 are:

- Board Member: Sauro Vicini (Executive Director, Clust-ER Health)
- Board Member: Margot Jehle (Project Manager, BioRegio STERN)
- Board Member: Alexis Biton (International Affairs Coordinator, Genopole)
- Board Member: Hickmah Tagaully (Head of European Affairs, Medicen Paris)
